The Craniosacral Therapist
A Craniosacral Therapist focuses on health not on specific conditions. The body is a system that will heal itself when given a safe environment.
A Craniosacral Therapist hold space for the body to adjust and heal, it is client led and the client’s body sets the pace of work. The therapist listens, via their hands, to feel the gentle movements of the fluid that runs around the spinal cord.
They will identify tension and strain and then use gentle movement, to bring the body into stillness
and relaxation. You may feel a deep sense of relaxation and become aware of heat, tingling, pulsations or other sensations. Craniosacral Therapy is suitable for people of all ages, from babies to elderly.
